How the Talent Spotlight Works
- Monthly Recognition: Every month, we select one outstanding individual from all nominations—students, professionals, entrepreneurs—anyone pioneering responsible AI or digital transformation.
- Visibility & Community: The “AIGN Talent of the Month” is featured on aign.global, in our newsletter, and across LinkedIn. Each Talent receives an exclusive digital badge and certificate, ensuring their achievements are seen.
- Networking & Support: All Spotlight Talents gain access to our international community, can present their projects, and benefit from mentoring opportunities.
- Annual Highlight & Fellowship: At the end of the year, we select the “AIGN Talent of the Year” from the 12 monthly talents—awarding a dedicated fellowship for further education, mentoring, and targeted support to realize their ideas.
- AIGN Talent Alumni Network:
All monthly and annual Talents become part of the AIGN Talent Alumni Community—a growing international network that offers exclusive events, peer exchange, and continued access to resources, challenges, and career opportunities. Annual AIGN Talent Summits bring together current and past talents for workshops, project showcases, and networking.

What is the AIGN Talent of the Year Fellowship?
From the 12 monthly talents, one outstanding individual is chosen as “AIGN Talent of the Year.” This person receives a dedicated fellowship that can be used for professional development, such as courses, conferences, certifications, or personalized mentoring from AIGN’s global network. The fellowship offers tailored support for professional and personal growth.
